ADHESIVES

900 WORKHORSE GENERAL PURPOSE ADHESIVE

Latex-based economy-grade floor covering adhesive developed for the installation of many types of carpets and sheet goods designed for direct glue down, excluding those with vinyl backings.

Taylor 900 is freeze-thaw stable, easy to spread, and has ample open time, a strong wet tack, and a permanent water resistant bond. Do not use outdoors.

ROBERTS 3500

Roberts 3500 is a direct glue down carpet adhesive recommended for residential to medium commercial traffic.

Its extended open time allows plenty of time to install carpet and is also great for dry, non-humid regions where a longer open time is necessary.

ROBERTS 3000

Roberts 3000 is a carpet and sheet vinyl adhesive developed with a longer open time for the optimal positioning of felt-back vinyl flooring while it will also develop tack for the installation of most types of commercial carpets.

SHAW 1000 – SUPERIOR GRADE

Shaw #1000 is a is a fast-tacking, solvent-free, ultra premium adhesive for installing both direct glue down and double glue down commercial carpets and Shaw’s DuraTech Plus Cushion.

This adhesive has been specially designed to provide quick grab with fast wet suction and holding power for bonding the most difficult to install carpet backing such as wide-pick Action Bac and heavily embossed unitaries.

Shaw 1000 can be used for smoother Action Bac, jute backings, the Enhancer (Urethane) backings, and Shaw DuraTech Plus carpet cushion. This adhesive is recommended for use over American Plywood Association (APA) plywood or equal plywood, and all grades of fully cured concrete in the absence of hydrostatic pressure and high alkali.

SHAW GLUE 5000

Shaw 5000 is a pressure sensitive adhesive specifically formulated for the interior installation of Ecoworx Squares, Ecoworx 6’, Permabac Squares, and Ergoflex Squares.

This acrylic based adhesive is non-flammable, water resistant, freeze/thaw stable and highly resistant to vinyl plasticizer migration. Shaw 5000 has good rebonding characteristics, is easy to use, and gives excellent coverage.

Because Shaw 5000 is pressure sensitive, this adhesive eliminates concern about installing a non-porous carpet over a non-porous substrate. The dry installation method is required.

DRITAC 6200

DriTac 6200 Premium Pressure Sensitive Flooring Adhesive is the most proven and time-tested adhesive for installing wood flooring, cork and vinyl tile, cork underlayments and other approved underlayments.

DRITAC 9100

DriTac 9100 Contractors Choice High Solids Wood Flooring Adhesive is a Polymeric Resin that has been formulated for wet-lay installations.

DriTac 9100 Contractors Choice is a professional grade adhesive that spreads easily and cleans up with a damp rag. Installers must lay wood into the adhesive immediately after troweling the adhesive.

DriTac 9100 Contractors Choice has low VOC content, is fast grabbing and low in odor.

DRITAC 7600

DriTac 7600 is the most advanced premium urethane wood flooring adhesive. DriTac 7600 Premium Urethane Adhesive provides high initial tack, low odor and excellent permanent adhesion.

DriTac 7600 Urethane adhesive is VOC compliant, easy to trowel, provides superior coverage and has excellent ridging. It is recommended by installers for both residential and commercial installations.

DRITAC “GREEN” ENGINEERED WOOD FLOOR REPAIR KIT

DriTac has developed a repair system to correct the hollow spots and popping conditions for engineered wood flooring installations when other adhesives fail to get the job done.

These defects cost the flooring industry millions of dollars per year. Studies and experience show that a major cause of these problems for engineered wood floor installations are adhesive voids between the flooring and the subfloor.

ECO 711

Ultrabond ECO 711 has been reformulated to provide even faster dry times, enhanced grab and greater slip resistance.

Now a FastTrack Ready™ product, Ultrabond ECO 711 has been formulated for higher moisture resistance, making it suitable for use over fresh concrete slabs with moisture vapor emission rates (MVERs) up to 8 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft. (3,63 kg per 92,9 m2) per 24 hours.

ECO 575

Ultrabond ECO 575 is a premium wall-base adhesive specifically designed to provide superior bond and impact resistance for rubber, vinyl and carpet wall base.

Ultrabond ECO 575 also has been recently reformulated to offer even greater grab and wet strength, keeping corners wrapped tight. Its acrylic-based, light-colored formulation won’t stain even the whitest wall base.

In addition, Ultrabond ECO 575 can be used to install various types of carpet in vertical/wall applications.

ULTRABOND ECO 975

Ultrabond ECO 975 capitalizes on MAPEI’s Ultralite Technology™ to provide a lightweight, 100%-solids, one-component moisture-cured urethane adhesive specifically designed for the installation of engineered wood flooring.

Ultrabond ECO 975 reduces the pail weight by approximately 33% and yet provides similar coverage when compared with traditional urethane products.

Ultrabond ECO 975 is easier to trowel, has excellent trowel-ridge hold, provides quick grab and offers excellent final bond strength.

ROBERTS 2057

Roberts ® 2057 is a clear thin spread adhesive designed for the installation of vinyl composition tile (VCT).

ROBERTS 1404

Roberts 1404 is an adhesive specifically designed to adhere 3, 5 and 7-ply engineered wood flooring and pre-finished parquet.

It develops an initial tack to assist in holding boards in place during installation which makes installation easier. It remains flexible and moves with wood as it reacts to environmental changes.

TAYLOR 2033

Taylor 2033 is a clear set, solvent free, pressure sensitive adhesive made for the interior installation of asphalt and vinyl composition tile (VCT) and closed-cell foam-back hardwood parquet over approved substrates.

This adhesive was formulated to be fast drying for quick installation. Tiles can be installed up to 24 hours after initial drying if the area remains dust and dirt free.

Product has excellent moisture resistance – up to 5.0 lbs./1000 sq. ft./24 hours (2.27 kg/92.9 m2/24 hours) using an anhydrous calcium chloride moisture test according to ASTM F-1869 method.

Taylor 2033 is a solvent-free, low-odor adhesive that meets all Federal, State and local government indoor air quality regulations. Do not use to install solid vinyl backed flooring.

TAYLOR 720

Anchors carpet padding to any surface, effectively preventing slippage during power stretching.

Dries fast, no tools or preparation are needed.

M260

Solvent-based, Flammable Carpet Pad Cement is specially formulated to quickly and permanently bond most residential and commercial carpet padding.

It is fast setting and waterproof and allows for stretching of carpet without carpet cushion wrinkling and slippage. (Open Time: 10 minutes)
